"Nite-Lite® is warranted against rot, mildew, and loss of color or strength under the following conditions: The fabric must be properly installed, utilized and maintained. The warranty does not apply against deteriorations of any kind due to abusive use, malfunction, negligence, vandalism, accidental burns, perforations, or acts of God. While all color pigmentations fade eventually, Nite-Lite® color fastness is guaranteed to remain within the standards set under normal conditions of exposure and atmospheric chemical pollution for the specified warrenty period from the date of the original installation. Normal wear, weather soiling, or stains from environmental pollution or other sources are not covered. The warranty, if applicable, is limited to the replacement of the fabric free of charge for eight years from the date of the original installation. Years six through eight are covered on a pro-rated basis. Fabricator will be credited a percentage of the purchase price of the fabric equal to the number of months left in the warranty divided by 36 (example: 18 months left divided by 36 equals 50%, therefore, 50% credit). Frames, systems, graphic applications, or labor are not covered by this warranty. GLEN RAVEN CUSTOM FABRICS, LLC MAKES NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSES WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE GOODS BEING SOLD. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE OF THIS AGREEMENT. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary state to state. " |
